All cuttings parts are designed stably without any scamp work or stint material. The wall plate is shaped by cast steel with high tensile strength against deformation. The crankshaft is made of fully quenched chrome steel, the large worm wheel and all bearing bushes are made of alloy copper. The worm is made of quenched bearing steel by grinding (45# carbon steel not by grinding commonly). All other parts are made of standard 45# steel at least, and all above parts are directly guaranteed by our company, or all legal liabilities will be taken by us.

2, Standard Parts

Electrical parts are famous brand products like standard parts. The frequency governor, programmable controller (PLC computer), optical switches and other key controlling elements are from Japan. Other switches, contactors and relays are from France Schneider. The perfection of high quality die-cutting machine is originated from the world famous electrical configuration.

1. Descriptions of the entire product

1. The enlarged paper feeding head (Feida head) has 9 suction nozzles applicable for paper in different thicknesses and 5 paper feeding nozzles which can be independently adjusted for parallel paper feeding. It also has 4 paper lifting nozzles which can move up and down in a large stroke especially applicable for small corrugated paper. The large power wind pump provides a high suction force. It can be conveniently adjusted; paper can be divided reliable, and it runs fast and stably.
2. By the special secondary paper feeding and preliminary paper stacking, the primary and secondary can be shifted to ensure uninterrupted paper feeding.
3. To improve the working efficiency, paper feeding and collecting are realized by Taiwan Chenggang dual-speed reduction motor which provides a long service life and a high torsional force, and it saves time due to its high lowering speed.

1. The paper conveying part is made of stainless steel plate to prevent rust and provide stable and correct paper conveying.
2. Paper is positioned by a pushing unit and a pulling unit which can be shifted conveniently for different specifications of paper.

1. Die-cutting unit eliminated castings wallboard due to casting wallboard has small pull, large deformation and without limitation, instead it uses steel wallboards like Japan. To increase pulling force is to increase pressure, and it is strong and durable, changeless form.
2. Automatic pressure control and automatic adjust compasses make the machine achieve new successes. This added functions, make it become the digital equipment, handling fast, convenient to use.
3. Taiwan high-pressure oil pump, use crush type for lubrication, reducing parts attrition and increasing oil temperature cooler to lubricant for cooling, on the main chain for regular lubrication, improve equipment efficiency.
4. It has novel drive mechanism, execute high-speed die-cutting, high accuracy of swinging rod platform and improve the pad speed (almost don't need mat), we should know, a lot of manufacturers exist pressure uneven problem.
5. Pneumatic locking plate device has firmer upper frame, saving time. Our company produces the die-cutting machine simultaneously to nether frame around for air lock, leading to strong accuracy, speed fast. All other manufacturers are just using screw fastening.
6. Gripper bar chains are imported from Germany, to ensure the service life and stable die cutting precision.
7. Japanese intermittent institutions is the main transmission requirements for die-cutting machine, it can improve die cutting speed, die-cutting precision, lower noise. Using home-made intermittent cannot reach the speed and precision on this level.
8. Torque limit device can do overload protection, in overload situation, master-slave separation will guarantee safety of machine in operating. Italian imported pneumatic brake clutch, and Japan SMC rotating adapter, satisfies European standards, clutch rapidly, great strength smoothly, long life and low noise.

2. Non-stop delivery gate plate can improve efficiency. When the paper stack is high enough, we can pull out the collect cardboard and push-in another piece deceive paper gate plate to change at the same time, thus achieved the non-stop delivery.

1. Imported Taiwan Advantech industrial personal computer system (IPC) with 17''LCD touch-display terminal is convenient for data input and control.
2. Panasonic servo controller system from Japan will control five rollers leapfrogging and twelve heating zones.

Electric control system adopts Japanese Omron PLC computer automatic controller, it has function of full-automatic detection and control from giving paper, lose paper to die cutting, deceive paper. Japan Omron inverter and Germany Siemens motor can save 1/3 of the electric charge for your company.
4. The man-machine interface display system can display various working conditions, point out that the fault location and put forward the corresponding solutions
5. It is equipped with various safety protection devices. When one unit is at fault, there will be an acousto-optic alarm, and automatic stop to ensure safety of both man and machine.
