The distance between two adjacent printers is 1,485mm, which is 2.4 times that of normal movable machine units and the prolonged distance will improve ink drying effectively and save heating power. 2. Wheel Type Front Edge Feeder
(1) Wheel front edge feeder (4 shafts) guarantees accuracy blank conveying, tiny vibration and long service life
(2) Precise feeding works appropriately for the blanks between 1.5~12mm;
(3) L/R baffles can be set on touch screen in electrical setting and digital control and squaring device is also equipped;

3. Pulling Rollers
(1) Dual pulling roller system enhances stable blank conveying;
(2) Upper pulling roller consists of a steel core wrapped with abrasion proof rubber, the elastic system is able to secure stable and accurate conveying to guarantee precise registration; Bottom pulling roller has also a steel core wrapped with abrasion proof elastic rubber not to damage the flutes and guarantee the precise registration either;
(3) The clearances between pulling rollers are set on touch screen in CNC;
4. Auto Zeroing
(1) Feeder and printers are installed with auto zeroing devices;
(2) The said zeroing device guarantees units' universal unified setting benchmark and auto position setting to minimize blank waste;
5. Units Releasing and Closing
(1) Even it is a stationary machine, units releasing and closing can be realized in machine service;
(2) After units releasing and closing, every unit's brake system acts automatically to make units at accurate position and secure their precise engagement to perfect the printing registration;
(3) Main motor auto start protector secures main motor not to be started when units are not locked well; under main motor running state, shifting can not be done when unit shifting button is press down;
6. Dusting System
It sets airflow and pressure with converter to let it adapt to blanks of different sizes and even warp ones to improve printing quality.

Martin type planetary gear transmission design and error setting device secure the machine registration accuracy at +/- 0.25mm and also guarantees that that registration remains the same when machine runs for 8~10 years;
The imported ARO dual direction ink pump with switching valve from USA ensures the steady air pressure requirement inside enclose chamber;

1. Slotting Phase Setting

2. Slotting Axial Setting
(1) Automatic production control system can fulfill the settings of box height, phase and axial shifting automatically in case all the data of orders are entered into touch screen without any human interference featuring accuracy and reliability. Coupled with transmission spindle, the top/bottom knives are well aligned to prolong their durability;

3. Pre-scoring Wheel
(1) The top/bottom pre-scoring shafts are made of quality steel under static /dynamic balance tests, and its surface is chromed and finely milled;
(2) It is of 5 group pre-scoring wheel design, the top/bottom pre-scoring wheel surfaces are wrapped with PU material to protect the blanks;
(3) The gap setting is done on touch screen in electric setting and digital control.
4. Scoring Wheel
(1) Top/bottom scoring shaft is made of quality material through static /dynamic balance tests and finely milled;
(2) Scoring wheels surfaces are wrapped with PU not to damage the blanks;
(3) Scoring wheels and slotter knives work synchronously to secure the unified slotting and scoring;
(4) Slotting clearance is set on touch screen in electric setting and digital control

5. Pulling Roller

(1) Die cutting cylinder phase and axial settings can both be done on touch screen in CNC mode (electric setting and digital control);
(2) All the clearances of cylinders can be fulfilled on touch screen in CNC mode (electric setting and digital control);

(4) Printing and die cutting phases are concentrated controlled and also their micro setting can be available in running.
2. Die cutter Cylinder (bottom cylinder) Ф235X2000
(1) Die cutter cylinder adopts quality steel and is processed with best workmanship through static/ dynamic balance tests to enhance stable and smooth running and secure accurate die cutting;

3. Anvil Cylinder (top cylinder)
(1) It is made with quality steel, best workmanship, static/dynamic balance tests and the die cutting blanket imported from USA
(2) The anvil cylinder is equipped with tracing compensation system to control its speed and offset range is ±3mm;
(3) Anvil blanket uses trimming system to maintain blanket flat to maximize its life and reduce costs.
4. Different Compensation Device
(1) This device functions in automatic linear speed offset caused by speed change due to die cutting blanket trimming so as to guarantee die cutting accuracy. When the anvil cylinder diameter becomes smaller due to the wearing or trimming, its linear speed varies accordingly, in this case, a differential compensation device installed on cylinder end is able to keep the same linear speed between die cutter and anvil cylinders, therefore to maintain blanks size of every lot complete same, and it is able to secure die cutting quality even the blanket are trimmed twice. The said linear compensation is controlled with motor.
5. AUTO FOLDING GLUING UNIT
Entire machine can be controlled with computer in one key entry and all the units will adjust itself in line with the box sizes automatically with one key entry after order input without manual setting. The large capacity memory is able to store 9999 box size orders featuring quick order change and easy operation to be able to do not only mass production but also those of small lots of diversified cartons specifications.

Upper/bottom conveying belt conveys the piled blanks out synchronously;
Upper conveying belt vertical position is set automatically or manually via elevator and the stacking height can be changed according to baled blanks numbers;
Ejector can be shifted laterally entirely to secure the blanks dropped at the center of machine
The press wheels of blank feeding-in section of folder is loaded with spring, meanwhile, the limiter is able to set the clearance between every press wheel and lower beam independently;
The machine body of feeding/folding unit consists of left/right beams and bottom beams, the large and small beams feature strong rigidity and sound stability to adapt to high machine running;
In order to secure precise folding, the device making side pressing line is employed, and side creasing wheels of folding bar are installed at both folding bars to guarantee the absolute accuracy of 2nd creasing;
Vacuum suction belt is designed at the back conveying section of folder moves blanks forward to prevent them from slipping to result in scissors difference;
Correcting belt is installed on both sides of folder to facilitate precise folding;
Folding beam lateral shifting is set electrically or in line with order automatically

1. Main Motor

4. Main Transmission Gears
