Automatic die-cutting machines have the product certification.
The automatic die-cutting machine is in line with the "JB/T 8116-1998" state quality requirements of China. All the quality and equipments quantity will accord the stipulation of the contract, and the guarantee period is 12 months. Any problems which happen within the guarantee period, we will help customers to solve the problems as soon as we can with any method. The damages which caused by the operators' misoperation, the buyer should bear the all cost.
Note 1: The quick-wear parts are not under the warranty.
Note 2: The guarantee period is 12 months which count from when customer gets the machine.
The seller should provide technical support and spare parts lifelong!
Service Commitment
Service commitment for our machine:
1 The warranty period is 12 months.
Lifelong technical support.
2 Within warranty period non-artificial damage of the spare parts, we will replacement them without charge.
Not including the quick-wear parts.
The damages of spare parts which caused by the operators' disoperation, the cost of the spare parts should paid by buyer.
Exceed the guarantee period; the seller should supply the parts charge with the lowest price.

Packing
1. The packing is confirm to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The wooden case's thickness is generally 1 cm.
2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.
3. We can handle shipping for customers too.
Service
We provide 12 months warranty. During warranty, we provide free technical support and free normal spare parts for replacing, except for man-made damage.We can go to your country to debug machine when you have questions can not resolve,but you must pay 100usd/day to our engineer.
