B. Components:

2) Correction Department:
Equipped with two thruster regulatory compliance and side of the block device so that the paper feeding process can be corrected if cardboard paperboard runs diagonally. Besides, they can ensure gluing one line on each cardboard.
At the same time, they prevent product moving in the process of paper folding. In addition, the paper size can be adjusted quickly and easily.
3) reentrant fold ministry
Pocket knife is pre-configured with front left and right sides and it is able to be completed by a small pre-fold with 180 degrees;
There are pre-folded 135 degrees of arbitrary line device at posterior segment, left and right sides. It makes box distraction easier ;
It has hexagonal box reflexed functions with four complete sets of servo motors.
4)Bottom stickers reflexed Department:
With three-plate structure, the band is passive to ensure paper feed smoothly. All paste tubes are removable ;
Under paste tubes are equiped on each side and it has large capacity, and used according to the actual situation;
Paste volume of paste tube can be adjusted and is stable with easy maintenance;
Paste wheel of 6mm thickness is provided, also can be selected according to customers' special requirements ;
Paste tube is made of sturdy, durable material. Bottom hook attached to the end device consists of four groups with the completion.
Bottom band is 30MM, the band is 20MM. Up pressure plate cam belt moves up and down to accommodate different thickness of cardboard.
5) The discount department:
It is two board structure. The up belt is driving type to ensure paper transport more stably and smoothly. It is a combination of abduction with Optional 30mm bottom and 50 mm width;
It is fully integrated with second line of 180 degrees on both sides and fourth line of 180 degrees;
Guide wheels around is adjustable based on different locations to make box folding more smoothly;
The below bearing supports and guides the belt to operate correctly. Abduction is a standalone drive and the abduction speed can be adjusted independently. The product does not appear horoscopes mouth.
6)Crimping Department:
Length is adjustable with drive up and down;
Automatically continuous way is to ensure a box neatly into conveying unit;
Using automatically electric counter devices;
It is equipped with a compressed air system and Crimp channel system. According to different box-type, the paper roller is adjustable so that the box pressure attached more perfect.
7)Integrated cassette feeding unit:
Structure with independent import and down the main drive. Belt is soft and moderate and will not crush the finished product;
Entire transport section can be moved back and forth;
It is with balanced Crimping, clean transport, ensuring perfect quality; Transport unit speed adjusts according to the speed of rotation with the host optical appliances automatically, and also can be adjusted in manual operation mode.
