1.1 Auto-Feeder
1.1.1 High Speed Feeder, four suckers and four transfers.
1.1.2 Feeder adopts cardan shaft driving system, ensures feeder working smoothly.
1.1.3 Independent developed pulling guide can do large and small paper, easy to adjust.
1.1.4 Sheets Pre-Stack and Non-Stop Feeder structures, highly improve efficiency. Meanwhile assure to deliver sheets smoothly and accurately.
1.2 Auto-Laminating Machine
Main body of Laminating machine is processed by machining centers, which highly assures the accuracy of working and replacement of spare parts later period. Coating, Heating, and Pressing in one, running smoothly and accurately.
1.2.1 Coating Part
Equipped double coating rollers, easy to adjust and operate.Maximize the saving of glue liquid and coat evenly.
1.2.2 Heating Part
Equipped 3 heating systems to dry coated film: electromagnetism heating system, ring heating oven, big drying roller, with these 3 systems, dry film quickly, energy efficiency and environmental protection,low power consumption.
1.2.3 Pressing Part
This is the most key part of the machine, it directly affects the adhesion of sheet and film. The pressing roller is equipped with external electromagnetism and built-in heating oil,heats evenly, temperature increases quickly, low power consumption, perfect adhesion, highly improve film coating quality and speed.
1.2.4 Heat pressing powder removing system, meanwhile heat paper to offer condition for high speed running.
1.2.5 Pneumatic glue pump to supply glue liquid, and glue can be recycled.
1.2.6 Pneumatic pressurizer to supply pressure automatically,Φ80mm oil cylinder. And equipped with 10L air container to ensure pressure stable.
1.2.7 Use magnetic powder brake to unreel film, which ensures unreel film smoothly.
1.2.8 200kG electric hoist, easy to load and unload film.
1.3 Sheet Cutting Part
1.3.1 Installed Chain-Cutter, Rotary-Cutter double cutting systems, cut PVC,PET,OPP film perfectly. Equipped Germany RENOLD chain and Microsoic ultrasound waves probe, excellent quality and accuracy.
1.3.2 Flattening structure,with worm speed reducer can change different angle.
1.4 Shees Collection Part
1.4.1 With pneumatic system, realize regulating sheets in four directions.And also equipped with suction,blow structure, assures thin sheets and thick sheets delivering smoothly, collect sheets tidily.
1.4.2 Humanization waste discharge design, if double connected paper occurs, it will be discharged automatically.
1.5 Electric Parts

1. The packing of small machines is confirm to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The wooden case's thickness is generally 1 cm.
2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.
