The structure of laser making machine

3.Galvanometer scanning system:
The galvanometer scanning system is composed of optical scanner and servo control. The whole system adopts new technology, new material, new process and new working principle to design and manufacture.
The optical scanner adopts servo motor with moving magnetic deflection mode. It has the advantages of large scanning Angle, large peak moment, large load inertia, small electromechanical time constant, fast working speed, stable and reliable. Precision bearing clearance mechanism provides the over bottom axial and radial run-out error; The electronic torsion bar replaces the traditional elastic material torsion bar, which greatly improves the service life and long-term working reliability. The principle of zero power keeping at any position not only reduces the power consumption, but also reduces the heating effect of the device. Advanced high stability precision position detection sensing technology provides high linearity, high resolution, high repeatability and low drift performance.
The optical scanner is divided into X - direction scanning system and Y - direction scanning system. Each servo motor is controlled by digital signal sent by computer.
4.Focusing on the system:
The focusing system is used to focus parallel laser beams to a point. 5.Computer control system:
Computer control system is the control and command center of the whole laser marking machine, and also the carrier of software installation. Through the coordination control of the acoustooptic modulation system and the galvanometer scanning system, the marking process of the workpiece is completed.
