Function:
Paper stacking for small stacks, double-layer stacking stacking, stacking stacking, pallet stacking, and automatic stacking;
Basic production process:
The mounted stickers are transported in the shape of fish scales and enter the small stack collecting section. After being accelerated by the conveyor belt, they fall and accumulate into small stacks. After reaching the set height of the small stack, the paper pick-up rod extends out, and the small stack is transported into the double-layer overturning stacking section. One stack passes directly under the inversion fork and stops to wait for the second stack. The second stack enters the inversion fork and then is placed on top of the first stack in reverse. After entering the stacking section, the paper stack is placed on the pallet in a two-way synchronous stacking mode. At the same time, the front, back, left and right sides of the paper stack are aligned. Increase the lifting and stacking platform. After reaching the set stacking height, the full stack pallets are automatically output and the empty pallets are automatically placed in place. The equipment continues to stack after correcting the position of the empty pallets.
Palletizing type: mouth type (single stack), day type (front and rear 2 stacks)
