The machine adopts the international advanced PLC computer programming technology, frequency control, electronic brake, touch screen operation .The machine has been install various function devices, is your best choice to manufacture mid-to-high class toilet paper, reduce loss and improve the economic benefit .
Main features:

1,The machine adopts double-embossed, gluing compound function. Compared with single embossed sheet it can make the paper more soft errand both side of the finished product are same embossed. When using the paper, each layer does not spread apart, especially suit to produce roll kitchen paper, weight alleviates 15% or above if you produce finished products of the same size.
2,Automatic trimming, spraying and sealing at the same time. There no paper losses when the paper roll cutting and packing, thus it greatly improves the production efficiency and quality. The finished product has trail to facilitate using.
3,Automatic roll change and finished product delivery.
Any specification paper tube or stainless steel pipe betweenφ25 and φ50mm is adjustable within one minutes. High speed rewind with 180-200 meters per minute, namely every 8-12 seconds finish automatic rewinding then sent out each roll. (110mm pitch, section can set 200 in 12 seconds rewinding, trademark embossing function: rewinding finished within 14 seconds.
4,Kitchen paper rewinding machine can add fix tail- trimming pressure from trademark device. The device can press characters at 4cm apart from the trimming line ,make the three layers of trimming mouth paper not scattered from each other, and to prevent imitation, especially suit to produce non-embossing roll paper.
