Process:
- There is a unwinding cradle which used for loading PP tube film, opening device to ultrasonic for sealing, before sealing, there is a insert white stripe device, puncher to cut off and then through the belt transmission the final product to the bedplate.
- Main control: It adopts the PLC programmable logic controller as main control, YASKAWA AC servo motor and touch screen.
- This machine has knurling, pneumatic puncher, auto following feeding and auto deviation correcting device etc.
- It is the necessary machine used for stationery industry.
