Detailed Product Description: Double Labors Flute Laminating machine
FEATURES
1.Bottom paper is fed by push register.
2.Advanced elastic front register is used for location, high register precision, bottom paper will never exceed. When laminating, it is very easy to make top paper and bottom paper alignment, or top sheet exceeded.
3.Fully automatic glue supply system: glue will be automatically supplied during lamination, and recovered, avoiding glue wasted.
4.Scientific design for linear speed of metering roller, avoiding glue thrown when high-speed running.
5.Clean the lower roller in gluing section by blade with circulated water, complete cleaning, convenient to replace the blade.
6.Imported components are used in electrical section to ensure the machine run stably.
7.Floating movable pressing section is adopted to make the laminated paperboard smooth. This section can be moved front and back to take in paper conveniently.

1. The packing is confirm to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The wooden case's thickness is generally 1 cm.
2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.
3. We can handle shipping for customers too.

We provide 12 months warranty. During warranty, we provide free technical support and free normal spare parts for replacing, except for man-made damage.We can go to your country to debug machine when you have questions can not resolve,but you must pay 100usd/day to our engineer.
