PC series grouping paste box machine adopts domestic advanced technology and independent transmission structure. The machine is a dual-purpose equipment.  Paper feeding section:

1.Equipped with air suction function
2.Multi-stage rail to ensure the verticality of pressing board. To ensure that the paper feeding is not skewed,
3.The unique structure keeps more simple and convenient adjustment of pressing board. Push structure make supporting cardboard adjustment more convenient and stable.
4.Baffle on the left and right can be adjusted upper and down to shorten adjusting and carton changing time.
5.Vibration device coordinate with motor which helps machine consecutive and automatic feeding quickly and simply.


Aligner section


1.The paper board sent from feeder section will be corrected by aligner section to ensure transmission accurately.
2.Pressing drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different paper board thickness.

Lower gluing tank

1.Lower gluing tank is large volume.

Folding and closing
1.Equipped with 3 plate type rail device.
2.The upper pressure belt adopts the main drive and cylinder pressure more suitable for different thickness corrugated products.


Pressing section


1.Independent motor drive can be used to control the adjustable size of the belt.
2.Paper collection adopts cylinder pressure system, easier to adjust pressure, make the box more effectively gluing.



Transmission


1.Up and down belt can be adjusted separately.
2.Equipped with photo electronic counting device and kicking paper device, which can press the paper after accounting and make it easy to pack . Also equipped with feeding paper inspection device.

Spraying system

Equipped with three guns, convenient in the production of 4/6 corner box and various special-shaped box, gluing quickly and accurately sizing

 

Machine transport and packing

1. The packing of  small machines is confirm to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The wooden case's thickness is generally 1 cm.

2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.
