1020C Automatic Die Cutting and Creasing machine
Features:

Parts introduction:
1. Feeder:
Fast, stable and easy to be adjusted, specialized design in inner kinetic components, reliable sheet separating mechanism and 4-8 optional suckers ensure it works more stable and accurately even at high speed.
Operators will operate with ease as air volume at each part is designed to be adjustable individually.
2. Paper Conveying Part:
The feeding and conveying paper is stable and precise in registration.
Paper's position can be adjusted in the course of running.
The paper registration adopts push or pull dual-way device.
3. Die cutting and Creasing Part:
The driving gear ensures high speed of die cutting.
The pneumatic locking mechanism and air clutch are fast and stable.
The unique die cutting frame can prevent the die from drooping or separating effectively.
4. Paper Delivery Part:
Paper's delivery is automatic and oederly.
Efficiency can be greatly increased by non-stop piling system.
Paper sheets sampling can be done without stop by sample taking devices.
5. Electric Control Part:
Computer control is adopted which can keep paper's feeding, conveying, die cutting and delivery in automatic control and on-line inspection.
There are various safe guarding devices, malfunction alarming(horn and light) and auto-stop system to ensure the safety of man and machine.
6. Main Chain Drive:
The main chain is imported from Germany. It has the feature of high loading, high precise, equal joints, long wear and tear time.
The intermittent system adopts parallel three-cam indexing mechanism with high precision.
The curve of cam is designed specially and the cam strole angle is big enough to achieve smoother running of gripper bars.
7. Man-machine Interface:
The high-resolving power interface in machine can inspect working status of the machine and display all information, sunch as speed, amount of die cutting sheets, working status, input and output of PLC and position, cause and solution of troubles.
It is convenient and reliable for machine's adjusting and trouble-shooting.
8. Main Driving System:
Adopts worm wheel and bearing shell to ensure smooth running and high pressure for diecut as well as long wear and tear.
9. Pnuematic clutch:
Adopts imported pneumatic clutch, long endurance and low noise, braking stable and clutching fast with strong driving force, conformed to the standard of the European importation standard.
