1. Usage: SQZK-DH Touch Screen Paper Cutting Machine is used to cut the printing paper of various kinds, paper products, plastic, thin film, leather, slice of non-ferrous metal, etc.
 
2. 10.4 inch color touch screen : this series of program controlled computer adopts industrial human-machine interface, the main part of the computer is industrial chip from America. it has six languages, USB interface and hand wheel encode, which is easy to operate. it can self-diagnose the malfunction animation operation mode. the program memory can store 10000 programs , each of them can save 999cutting 's datum of different locations. its storage hours are over 300,000 hours, which ensure the reliability of the performance. paper delivering motor is Japan servo motor , its work speed is 6-18m/min. And the position accuracy can be 0.01mm.
 
3. Double Worm Wheel Device: the Worm wheel system adopts the Germany advanced technology. It pass the patent No:ZL 2007 2 0192036. X. This structure is new in the paper cutting machine market. In china, only our machine's double worm wheel structure passed the patent. This structure pulls the knife seat fall down from double side. In this way, the cutting will have heavier power and more precise.
 
4. Double Guide Device:the paper pusher adopts double imported linear guide and imported roller ball screw.,which can prolong the machine use life, and can bear the high speed paper delivering.
 
5. Photo cell: it is equipped with a photo cell safety protection device.
 
6. Over load protection device; convenient knife changing device.
 
7. Worktable chrome treatment: the worktable and side board surface are all adopted chrome treatment to improve the precision and quality of the machine.
 
8. Air ball: air balls are installed in the worktable. The paper sending work will be easy and accurate.
 
9. Cutting controller: both hands of the user press the cutting button to operate the machine.
 
10.Electronic knife lock: when the machine is malfunction, the electronic knife lock will lock the knife, and the machine will stop cutting to protect safety.
