1 Storage and memory: the machine can store various sewing programs which can be called repeatedly.
2 Automatic plates-adjusting: you set the size of the signature via the touch screen, and after confirmation, press the run button. The machine will locate the conveyor belt automatically through the servo system, start the page turner, position fixed saddle driving chains and accelerating pulley, and meanwhile adjust the book dissociating table to a proper place.
3 Trouble detection: when there is something wrong with the machine, such as, sheet missing, double sheet, blockage ,sheet-out, sheet-in, thread breaking and so on, it will send an alarm and shut down, and display the trouble meanwhile.
Signature dissociating:
air blowers and manipulators dissociate the signature in the bottom from other signature in the pile. The gripper will extract the dissociated signature from the lettering, which will remove scratches on the signature surface.
Automatic page turning-over:
the page turner is equipped with four program controlled vacuum sheet-lifting equipments on the each upside and downside. It can lift these signatures automatically, including registered signature, loose signature, signature without long and short sides and uniform thickness. It also can lift signature that the long side is more than 8mm longer than the short sides.
Signature conveying:
signature after turning over will be put on the transportation guide pushed by hook chain; it will be delivered to the sewing saddle through accelerating pulley the speed of which is adjusted automatically according to the operating speed of the whole machine.
Accurate signature-positioning:
Signature on the sewing saddle will be positioned accurately through the hook on the synchronous belt structure.
Parallel thread sewing and across thread sewing:
the sewing system consists of cam type equipment unit, which reduces noise and prolongs lifespan; according to requirement, Parallel thread sewing and across thread sewing is selected. The straight needle or hooked needle applied is quite short, which can be entered into the tiny hole easily produced by hole-making needle on the signature backbone with a guarantee of high quality.
Automatic book dissociating:
no matter how many signatures a book consists of, the book-dissociating equipment will dissociate them according to the program.
Lubrication as required:
The machine is equipped with a regular and quantitative lubricating device. When it is turned on, all the main lubricating points will get lubricating oil quantitatively and regularly through lubricating pipe.
