STRUCTURAL FEATURES
1.The main machine adopts the frequency-changing motor so that its speed regulation is smooth and stable is smooth and stable ,and it can save electric power.
2.It adopts v-type of five -cylinder arranged structure so that it can lessen the number of sheet transfer and improve the register precision.
3.the rubber plate adopts the big cylinder, the pressure print adopts the double diameter cylinder so as to make the machine have many additional advantages: first ,the pressure is substantial and the net points deform little; second the product transfers after it has been printed so as to prevent from happening the stripping line; third ,the paper piece deforms little especially applying to the thick paper printing .
4. paper delivering method is the conjugate cam driving centering lower swing mode so as to reduce the vibration and noise made by the machine at its high speed, and have a longer time for the paper to become stable to ensure the register accurate.
5. the cylinder clinch adopts the cam high-point close teeth so as to ensure the paper transfer is stable and reliable.
6. the cylinder of the printing plate has plate mounting location and the cramping organ of speed plate so as to ensure operation convenient and the structure reliable.
7.during the operation of the machine, the positions of the axial direction and the circumferential direction of each plate can be adjusted so as to ensure the register accurate.
8.the cylinder clutch ,the ink and wash clutch both adopt the air-controlled system, so as to ensure the structure is compact and maintenance is convent.
9. the water-cell cylinder is driven by a special motor through which the quantity of water can be controlled accurately. The two methods: water-moist plate mode ,spirit-moist plate(for choice)
10.it adopts the adjustable ventilating fan to make the paper receiving stable and in the right position.
11.electrical operation adopts plc (programmable logical controller) to simplify the organ and ensure the electrical system stable and reliable.
