Feature :
1.It's equipped with an automatic bottom suction paper feeder. It can finish gluing, forming paper boards, sticking four angles,fixing,sticking, automatic drawing, feeding boxes, wrapping the sides,folding and shaping at one time.
2.It can position , fold side and coat glue with a fibre-optical, which can reduce the error of smearing. The servo motor feeds the paper boards by pushing them to and for gluing, which can reduce the error of the shining from the photoelectric cells on the paper boards. As a result, it can glue even and accurately.
3.It applies two groups of automatic gluing units to and for gluing. The paper boxes are pasted flatly and firmly.
4.It applies a PLC microcomputer programming controller, a photoelectric track system, a touch screen man-machine interface, which can automatically realize forming and processing the cover boxes at one time.
5.It applies a closed sealing system and is assembled with safety protection system for each part, featuring in the safe operation.
6.It applies a frequency linkage speed governor. It isn't necessary to adjust each unit solely, which can reduce the time of adjusting.
7.It has the function of automatic trouble diagnosis. The trouble is absolutely vivid and is eliminated more conveniently.
