The spot UV coating machine adopt the Bite-transferring structure and chain track design of offset printing pree. The drying section is a conveyor net structure, adopt the large diameter impression cylinder, so the finished oil film is very flat and even, accurate and bright. It can comprehensive think agout both thick and thin papers, and can be used for both full UV and partial UV coating.
Basic equipment:
1. Automatic paper feeder
-Adopting high-reliability paper feeding head, fast and smooth paper feeding.
-Equipped with a sensitive electromechanical double sheet detector and foreign body baffle, it will shut down immediately if it is abnormal.
-The front and side rules are accurate and reliable.
2. Coating host
-The coating speed can reach 6200 sheets/hour.
-The paper receiving roller adopts the cam structure, the paper receiving is stable, the noise is low, and the failure rate is low.
-Adopt a large-diameter impression cylinder, the cylinder is dynamically balanced, and the coating oil film is flat. Double-shaft oil transfer and scraper add simple and reliable oil control.
-The coating drum adopts a screw-fixed clamping device, which is simple and durable.
-Drum positive and negative oil transfer structure, convenient conversion, flexible adjustment of oil layer thickness.
-Optional ceramic anilox roller and cavity scraper or ordinary scraper.
3. UV drying equipment
-The UV drying equipment uses three sets of ultraviolet mercury lamps, which can quickly cure the UV varnish.
-Equipped with full light/half light conversion.
-Built-in automatic temperature control, electronic abnormal tripping.
-Water-based IR drying device, which can dry water-based varnish.
4. Automatic take-up machine
-The delivery section has an automatic paper table device.
-Photoelectric pneumatic double-sided paper jogger and strong paper flat and gentle; middle device to prevent the inertia when thick paper is released; mid-range to ensure smooth and tidy paper delivery.
-Equipped with cooling fan and optional cooling air conditioner.
-Abnormal status indicator light and safety detection system to quickly notify staff of abnormal conditions.
5. Automatic control
-The motor uses frequency conversion speed regulation, which is safe and reliable.
-The whole machine uses PLC programmable control, simple operation and easy maintenance.
-All parts of the cables are connected by quick-plug connectors, which is easy to install.
